COPIER AND COPIER SUPPLIES
The copier machine was invented years ago as a way of duplicating the printed word by way of electrophotography. In the 21st century, we have the capability of copying photographs and the written word. The copiers and copier supplies that we carry will allow you to locate models that print and copy in black and white or color. You can find styles for the tabletop through high-end machines for applications such as commercial print shops.
On the supply end, we carry ink cartridges, staple refills, paper, rollers, toner cartridges, and cabinets. We have some kits like the Xerox Staples kit that includes the staples, staple cartridge, and staple housing. Toner waste bottles can be found in this section for different brands including the Canon CLC3220 machine. Xerox models have supplies that include the Xerox 008R13023 Fuser Unit for WorkCentre 7132. We even carry a paper deck unit for the Toshiba MP-4003a.
Following are a few of the copier models that we carry.
• Kyocera KM-2020 Photocopier is a black and white digital console model. It prints 21-24 pages per minute. The KM-2020 will also print, scan and fax. The maximum paper size is 11"x17" with an optional duplexing function. You may connect the copier via a 10/100Base TX cable.
• Hewlett-Packard Laserjet 9000 LMFP takes A4 and A3 paper sizes. The output is monotone at 1200dpi. At 40 pages per minute, this model can run at a good clip. Automatic duplexing, the 9000 LMFP is multi-function capable and can be networked. Reviews give it five out of five stars and is an excellent choice for large workgroups.
• Minolta Book Maker Network Printer and A3 Scanner is a high-speed tandem processing system that can print in color or black and white. Depending on the mode, you can get around thirty pages per minute. You can independently correct colors on this copier. Optionally you can purchase a booklet maker, hole punch or 2500-sheet deck.
• Canon FC204 is a desktop copier ideal for home use or a small office. This model prints only in black and white.
• Ricoh 1224c is a full charge color copier, printer, and scanner. Digital, this console can output anywhere from 21-24 pages per minute and can handle around one thousand pages in its trays. Black and white outputs at 1200dpi and color 600dpi.
When you are ready to purchase your copier, keep in mind what use you will be needing it for. If you are going to output hundreds of pages a day, a high-end machine would be best.
